Report A Copyright Problem
Last updated: Oct 8, 2026
Where we stand
No audio, video or image file lives on BeeMP3. The clips are played by YouTube and the converter is run by another company. If a page of ours nevertheless points to something that violates your copyright, tell us and a valid notice will be acted on.
What your notice needs
Email [email protected], subject "Copyright notice", and include each of these items:
- Your legal name, postal address, phone number and email.
- Which work is yours (or whose owner you represent) and is, in your view, being infringed.
- The precise address(es) of the page(s) on BeeMP3 you want examined.
- A sentence stating your honest belief that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its representative or the law.
- A sentence confirming the notice is accurate and, sworn under penalty of perjury, that you own the work or may act for its owner.
- A signature, handwritten or typed.
Our response
A complete notice is read without delay. When it holds up, the page or link is taken down or blocked and the other party is informed. Because the files sit on other companies' servers, copy the notice to whoever hosts them as well.
Contesting a takedown
If something was removed in error you may answer with a counter-notice: your contact details, where the item appeared, a sworn statement that its removal was a mistake in your belief, and your signature. We can reinstate it unless the original sender informs us that a lawsuit has been filed.
Repeated violations
Visitors who keep infringing may lose access to the site.
